1. Registration & Payment

1.1 Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the applicable conference fee.
1.2 The Organizer reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration at its discretion.
1.3 All fees must be paid before the stated deadline to secure participation.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 All registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2.2 If a participant is unable to attend, a substitute delegate may be nominated by written notice to the Organizer at least seven (7) days before the event.
2.3 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the conference due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants may transfer their registration to the rescheduled date.

3. Event Changes

3.1 The Organizer reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, schedule, or venue if necessary.
3.2 No refund shall be given due to program changes, including speaker substitutions.

4. Participant Conduct

4.1 Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward speakers, sponsors, staff, and other attendees.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, without refund.

5. Liability Disclaimer

5.1 The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by participants in connection with the conference.
5.2 Participants attend at their own risk.
5.3 The Organizer shall not be responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.

6. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure arises from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or acts of God.

DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY WAIVER
7. Collection of Personal Data

7.1 By registering for the conference, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data (including name, contact number, email address, organization, and designation) for purposes related to event administration, communication, and record keeping.
7.2 Personal data may be shared with event partners, sponsors, or service providers strictly for event-related purposes.

8. Marketing & Communications Consent

8.1 Participants may receive event-related announcements and updates.
8.2 By registering, participants agree that the Organizer may send information about future related events, unless the participant opts out in writing.

9. Photography & Media Release

9.1 The conference may be photographed and recorded.
9.2 By attending, participants grant the Organizer the right to use photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings that may include their image or likeness for promotional, marketing, and reporting purposes without compensation.

10. Data Security

The Organizer will take reasonable measures to protect personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
